Impressive Roast

We had a 3kg three bird roast for our Thanksgiving dinner to serve 12 (6 adults and 6 children). The roast arrived on time and in very good packaging. The roast itself looked incredible and all of our guests were really impressed with the flavour and there was plenty of all of us (plus leftovers). We also really appreciated that the stuffing was gluten free, as that was necessary for one our our guests.
I'd definitely buy again!

We ordered a large three bird roast. It arrived exactly when requested, and was packaged beautifully. We roasted the joint for our family Thanksgiving dinner, and it was the star of the show! There was more than enough meat to serve the 12 guests for the meal, and the meat was juicy, tender, and very tasty. We made some awesome gravy from the drippings in the pan too! We will definitely be ordering this product again !

The service from this company was exemplary.
The packaging was impressive.
I was (only) slightly disappointed with the product. Maybe I removed the netting too early and it was therefore difficult to carve into slices showing three distinct birds, or maybe the flavours just merged in the cooking. It was tasty, but not three distinct birds. The stuffing was excellent and gluten free which was critical for one of the diners.
I would do it again, but be more careful with the carving (my electric carving knife was broken)

We chose the 3 bird roast for Christmas lunch this year, which was not only delicious but made life extremely easy and was a very special addition to our Christmas table. Delivery was as promised, absolutely spot on and we will certainly revisit James Alexander fine foods for 2021.

Third time we have had a 3 bird roast from here and wasn't left wanting in any way. Arrived promptly when expected and well packaged. Cooked beautifully and plenty of leftovers as well. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I have always wanted a bird roast so this was an experiment and it turned out out to be the best. Delivered on time in a well packed box. the day before I received an email with revised cooking instructions and also a text. I would recommend this to anyone I certainly would buy again.

The roast arrived as expected well wrapped and fresh . It cooked well and the flavours were excellent it was a success . I would recommend as a festive feast

I did exactly what it said on the label then we sat down to enjoy an extremely tasty, easy to carve Christmas Dinner. It presentled well at the table and added not only to the taste and aroma but the drame of the meal with a florish of the carving knife and fork. Thank you
