The knowledge and art of a charcuterie (the craft of salting, smoking and curing meat) originates from Barry Shaw the founder of the company. Barry learned his skills working in Australia for a German salami business.
After a time perfecting the art and 11 years on, we are carefully blending together quality meat and spices. The products are then cared for by our passionate, experienced team to ensure all our products have an exquisite, individual taste.
