To complete the feast, our luxury, award-winning gluten-free pork stuffing adds a rich, melt-in-the-mouth texture, while Cumbrian pancetta and fresh sprigs of thyme provide a succulent flavor and visual appeal that elevate any celebration.

Available in 3, 4, and 5-bird variations, our roasts range from 1.5kg to 5kg, accommodating any gathering size. Select your ideal size from the dropdown menu.
Delivery Information:
Our default delivery date for Christmas 2024 is Friday 20th December. If you need an alternate date, please specify in the Order/Delivery Instructions box at checkout. Please note: We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays. Your roast will arrive in a fully compostable, refrigerated box, insulated with natural sheep wool to keep it below 5°C for up to 72 hours, and we’ll keep you updated on your parcel’s journey.

Designed as an alternative Christmas meal, our three, four and five bird roasts are boneless, easy to carve, full of flavour and guaranteed to impress.
Our Christmas bird roasts are made to order from turkey, pheasant, chicken, mallard duck and wild wood pigeon, expertly combined together so that each bird cooks the next one inside and the juices combine exquisitely.
Luxury award-winning pork stuffing is then added to ensure exquisite taste and melt-in-the-mouth texture. Lastly, the joint is dressed with award-winning Cumbrian pancetta and a couple of springs of thyme to maintain the succulent flavours inside and to add visual “wow” effect for your Christmas feast.
