I cooked two steaks a perfect medium rare and they were delicious. After resting they were still pink and cut like Butter. The Two of us thoroughly enjoyed the flavour and fabulous quality of the Meat. Superb!

Will definitely order again. Only had the fillet so far. Perhaps have the ribeye in a couple of weeks.

Try slicing the Fillet Steaks razor-thin for a rosy, raw Carpaccio or otherwise slice them small to make Steak Tartare. Ideally fillet steak is served rare or medium rare for the best eating quality.
