A firm family favourite

We used to be able to get Cumbrian Biltong from a local farmers' market and really missed it when it was no longer available. I bought some in December 22 for my daughter and it was just how we remembered it, good flavour, a good level of heat but you can still savour the beefiness, chewy but not tough, enough fat to impart flavour and good mouthfeel but lean overall. We loved it. Our second order arrived in time for this Christmas and again has been a huge hit - will definitely be ordering again.
